Order Processing

  • We ship from Guelph, Ontario, Canada
  • We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hairnergybraids@gmail.com We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order fee (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. Customers are responsible for Return Fee as well where applicable.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. 

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer multiple international shipping options. The delivery timelines vary from (e.g. 8 to 20 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination, custom/clearance and your local carrier/delivery.

 

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hairnergy Braids is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Refused or Returned International Shipments (Customs/Duties Not Paid)

International packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your destination country. These fees are not charged by Hairnergy Braids, and we have no control over them.

If a customer decides not to pay the required customs/duties and the package is refused, rejected, or returned to us by the carrier:


  • Any return shipping costs or customs return fees billed to Hairnergy Braids will be deducted from your refund.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • You will be refunded only the remaining balance of your order once the returned package is received and processed.

 

We kindly encourage all international customers to be aware of their country’s customs policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
